We will respond with instructions and the correct return address based on your location. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the sender address on the package.
Conditions for Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. If you still wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you must wait for the item to arrive and return it within 14 days of delivery.
